| At present,the construction of marine information management in our country is in the process of transformation,shifting from digital construction to smart ocean construction.The wisdom ocean is to understand and analyze oceanographic data from a holistic and comprehensive perspective,so as to provide an intelligent interactive service for marine management.Due to the complex nature of ocean data,diversified data formats and the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary interaction,ocean data collection,collation and analysis are particularly complicated.In order to solve the above problems,this paper analyzes and designs a marine information management service platform based on GIS technology,which can collect,analyze and sort marine data with "perceptive understanding and intelligent interaction" so as to improve the efficiency of marine data information management.In this paper,aiming at the existing problems in ocean information management and the existing research results of marine information management systems at home and abroad,this paper designs and implements a set of easy-to-operate functions based on GIS geographic information system and related technologies of web software development Perfect marine information management service platform,this paper designs a marine information management service platform based on Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database,Web software development technology and GIS open.This system has realized the functions of GIS processing,system management,data management,marine environment analysis,fishing vessel safety Management and other functions for the marine management departments and management staff to provide a comprehensive management platform.The main problem to be solved by this system is to integrate all kinds of numbers generated in the marine information management process and form a major problem of data and information sharing.At the end of this paper,the actual operation of the system is systematically tested.Up till now,the marine information management service platform designed in this thesis has been implemented in some cities and has been approved by local staff.Moreover,the design has two functions: functionand non-function Block content has reached the desired effect,to meet customer requirements for the system.The research results of the dissertation will have important reference value for further research and development of marine environment intelligent monitoring and disaster early warning system in the future.It can provide technical support for China’s marine management departments to carry out comprehensive management of marine environment and rational development of marine resources. |
