Fuzzy control is a typical and earlier form of AI control. As a branch of AI control, it has been developing at full speed in recent years. Especially to the complicated and nonlinear systems with long time-delay that are hard to be established ideal mathematical model, fuzzy control theory is applied. And fuzzy control being realized in that complicated systems through computers usually can get a satisfied controlling effect and the equipments being used are simply, notable results in economic benefits can yield.In the fine chemical engineering realm, the research and process of the water treatment agents is paid attention to by the local chemical industry. The HEDP is most representative product in this field. This paper introduces the characters and actuality of HEDP'S process, analyzes the effects to the products'equalities and producing safety by the alternatives of temperature and pressure in HEDP's producing and controlling. In the same time it states the fuzzy controller's primary principle,construction,designing rules and developing direction to self-adapting.Aiming at the specialties of HEDP's production controlling process, on the theory of Fuzzy controller's designing, a system making use of computer technology and self-adapting fuzzy control arithmetic is designed. It is to be used in HEDP's production process. With Visual C++ software programming, it is be proved that the system can improve on the controlling rules on line in running, and the control result can follow the initial values very soon and effective with good stabilization. Furthermore, the producing cost can be reduced and the total profit will be increased very much. So it is the future direction of HEDP process technology developing.
