With rapid development of the Internet and the rapid prevalence of net education, it is a important part to develop agility net education management platform of 21th education system. Explore and study the design principle of managing platform of network teaching and technological route for realizing the teaching means modernization , teaching information resource-sharing have important meanings.This article first has made the brief outline based on the databasenet education platform, then thoroughly discussed the researchof the net education platform based on the database , especially explained system structure , overall design and function realized technology of the education platform. The groundwork done includes:1 Simply introduced the paper research background andthe significance, including: the development present situation and theexistence question of the education platform , the characteristic and the research significance of the education platform which the paper studied.2 Introduce origin and development of web database,Details the main technologies to in developing Web application database thatincludes ODBC and ADO.3 The thorough discussion of the management platform based on the database multimedia resource base, which the system structure mode. This platform uses three Browse/Server which the mature b/s structure system and the web database system(browser/server) the system structure.4 Have probed into the commonly used technology in Web database development course - -ASP , provides a new method for page diversion for the part of data display,As for the part of data inquire, the paper advances blur inquire and long sentence inquire.5 Provide a application embodiment - -net education platform of automation school of Tianjin university . Have recommended overall design and function of the platform to be designed, provide some function concrete implementation methods .
