Design And Development Of HIS Of Chongqing Chinese Medicine Hospital

At present,not only the development of the whole society,but also the innovation and development of the hospital itself,they all put forward higher and newer request about hospital management .Establishing a modern hospital information system(HIS) which is supported by information technology and computer network technology is an important basal work in hospital management。It is also the precondition of realizing the modernization of hospital management and accelerating scientific decision in hospital.According to the demand of strengthening the computerized management of hospital management information of ChongQing Zhong Hospital, and combining the development actuality of HIS and the practical situation of the hospital management information, this paper puts up the design and development of HIS。The design of the system is based on the contents and characteristics of hospital management work,simplicity and principle of visualization。It can provide exact and comprehensive data and analytic result for hospital management and improve the work efficiency,quality and validity,reliability,realtime of decision.In this paper, technological foundation of HIS are studied and analyzed。It makes detailed system analysis by using of structured analysis method。Mainly including the detailed investigation of organization structure , operation management process, consumer requirement and so on。Also the logic model of new system is put forward on this foundation。and the design of the conceptual structure and logical structure of the system's database are based on databases theories and the practical situation of the hospital。By making use of the structured design method,the system design is carried on and the physical model of the system is posed。The software platform of the system is SYBASE12.5,which is a RDBMS based on windows。The program design adopts PowerBuider8.03,which is a visual and object-oriented program。The hospital management information system has many advantages,such as:operation simply,better practicability and friendly interface and so on.
