The earth emulator is very important in the satellite attitude control, the temperature control system is the main part in the earth emulator system. Based on the earth emulator system, we finished some research on the process control system design and control arithmetic. The main efforts are in the following aspect:First, this thesis gives the background and the main function of the earth emulator, as well as the development of the temperature control technique all over the world.Secondly, the system model of earth emulator is given here, with this model we choose some proper control arithmetic and give an introduction of them, including fuzzy control method, PID control method and fuzzy- immune control method, the advantage and disadvantage of digital PID control and the fuzzy control in the temperature control system are also given in this thesis.Then, the design of the software and the implement of the control arithmetic about the temperature system are finished. We do some analyze on the problem during the debugging. This thesis also gives some improvement on the digital PID control arithmetic, and integral separate is used in this earth emulator control system. We design the digital filter arithmetic because of the disturbance in the measurement. Aimed at the disadvantage of the high overshoot and long adjust time, the fuzzy-immunity-PID controller is designed for improvement the performance of the system, and we really get a better result.Based on the result we get above, because of the defect during the design of the fuzzy–immune–PID, that is so complicated design and parameters, through the analyze of the change of the proportion item in the fuzzy- immune PID control arithmetic, A proportion item of PID control arithmetic varying as a math function is designed here and the simulation result is given in this thesis.
