These regional communication groups actively introduce advanced investment, management and market competition mechanism, allocate and integrate their quality assets to lead a leaping change. The ultimate goal is to transfer the communication group from a local broadcasting media group gradually to a global network communication group company as the content provider, distributor, and service conductor facing to the whole country and even overseas Chinese speaking world.Investment and financing activities is the core activities of operating companies in a modern market economy environment.
