Design And Implementation Of Project Price Control Management System For Investment Agent Company

Dongfang Investment Agent Company engages in civic large-scale construction and industrial equipment installation projects. With higher business complexity and more and more intense market competition, the company has urgent demand on scientific estimation for project budget and informational management in project management. This thesis faces to real demand of project budget management, uses advanced project price control management theory to build high efficient information management platform.First, the thesis summarizes main methods and current achievements of engineering project information and price control management. Then, combining with Dongfang IAC Company’s project price control management business requirements, it establishes demand analysis of the system, especially discusses project price control procedure management function demand, project cost fee estimation management function demand, project basic data management function demand and investment profit estimation analysis function demand. It also discusses the above functions’details and user cases. In design part, it describes the system’s software structure and general constitution, discusses common flow management and modeling management scenarios for all function modules, and also gives database system design as well. In implementation part, it discusses the programming internal structure and main algorithm implementation, related testing and project application, and summarizes the whole thesis in the end.The development of this system uses mature and reliable mainstream software technology, implements on Window platform and SQL Server database. It has been finished testing and used in project practice. It apparently improves the company’s management efficiency and scientific level in project investment business, and supports the company’s business growth a lot.
