Project Investment Management System For Changzi Company Of Shanxi Coal Sales Group

This thesis discusses Changzhi Company’s project investment management system. This system’s target is providing a full-cycle information management tool for project investment decision information analysis, project processing management and project checking upon acceptance transaction management, and improving the company’s decision-making level, management level and investment benefit.This system’s basic functional objective is to support the company’s multi-categories business operation and management. Its basic target is to provide supports to project management by covering the project’s analysis, planning, implementation and delivery transactions with the management mode of integrating all aspects of the necessary functionalities and operations. The thesis discusses the system’s development, including demand analysis, software design, programming implementation and testing results. The system’s demand analysis mainly discusses the project investment decision-making support, project processing management and investment checking upon acceptance, and establishes necessary user cases modules. As for system design, it mainly discusses the system’s outlined design, database design, calculating and analyzing management rules, design of several management modules such as project analyzing module, project procedure management module and project checking upon acceptance module. It also describes database design scenarios and main modules’ internal data and design. At last, it discusses the system’s programming implementation and testing results.This system is developed based on SQL Server and C#programming. It apparently improves the company’s management efficiency and data analysis accuracy and integrity. It has pretty good effect until now.
