System engineering is a technique for development and design and implementation of project. It uses the idea and theory of natural science and social science and analyses the structure, element, information and feedback of system through the computer for the optimal plan, design, management and control.Manufacturing Execution System is the core part of the information system and it is the crux for the development of the information system in flow industry. With the broadness of the Informationalization in China, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which is located between the plan console and the control console, becomes more and more attractive.MES is a complex system and developing MES is system engineering. It research and develop process must be based on system analytic approach.In this thesis, the function of CD-MES based on ERP/MES/PCS structure and the model of the data collection module by IDEF0 and the information of CD-MES by IDEF1X are analyzed, and the process model of CD-MES by Petri is built. This model building has the instructional function to CD-MES research and development process.In this thesis, the structure of information system and the analysis of hierarchy procedure(AHP) is researched, then a decision analysis for Time clue information system and Costing clue information system and Time-costing clue information system given. This has the instructional function to the execution of CD-MES.The fruit of this thesis have been put into practice in the CD-MES research and development field.
