In the function analysis the use case analysis and the use case description has been made mainly, the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams are obtained, including the dues standard management sub-function package diagram, party information management sub-function package diagram, dues using management sub-function package diagram and so on. The analysis about the data of system operation process and result are completed in the part of data analysis by means of the entity class and operation thumbnail class diagram.The operation results are stored efficiently.At the end of the paper, the achievements and deficiencies of the research work are summarized.The future work is imagine.
