Research And Analysis On The Evaluation And Administration System Of Yichun College

Under the impetus of the network information technology’s rapid development, the educational informatization is gradually rising, in 1994, Jinzhi construction engineering rised which takes CERNET as a symbol, the National Colleges created an upsurge about campus network constructionin. University informationization construction is based on the "Digital Campus" as the core, and is the route to higher educational informatization. In the process of informatization construction in colleges, the informatization work of student assessment and incentive management is an important part. The system of student assessment and incentive management makes student management workflow clarity and simplicity, which is repeated, disordered and complicated at first, and also meet various departments’ requirements about student information acquisition, storage, update and utilization of demand. It can improve the work efficiency and realize information resources sharing and centralized management.Through researching the existed student management status in Yichun University, this paper analyzes problems existed in the students assessment and incentive management work, and combines with the actual situation and usage requirements of Yichun University students assessment and incentive management, then analyzes student work management system requirements based on the B/S architecture. In this paper, it uses the object-oriented technology and the unified modeling technology UML to model the system requirements. Starting from the students’ assessment and incentive management work in Yichun University, this paper discusses the existing business processes of students’ assessment and incentive management work, the optimized business process, the system function requirement and data requirement. Its business flow chart described in detail all aspects of students’ assessment and incentive management work; business process optimization is based on practicality, sharing, and efficient using principles, combined with the actual situation of the school, for the problem existed in business processes, do optimization of existed business processes; functional requirements of the system so that cases from whole to part layer by layer characterization, using a specific configuration package diagram reflects the system; Through the establishment of the system data requirements to describe the relationship between class diagram, finally, the paper establishes database table in accordance with the specification requirements, at the same time, the next work of this paper is prospected.
