With the erection of a batch of king-size tunnels on the freeway in these years, the safety of traffic in the tunnels has been paid more and more attention to from peple.In order to monitor the tunnels, the government had invested a great deal of funds to equip kinds of high-powered electromechanical equipment. Broken-down equipment should be repaired in good time to avoid the loss of the lives and property of people. So, it becomes an urgent task to build a scientific management and maintenance system for tunnel equipment.But, at present, the application of computer in this field is still staying at the stage of machine account, many parts such as space distribution, operation state, localization information are not included in computer management At the same time, there are no systemic criterions to the job evaluation of equipment's managers. The thesis has discussed and analyzed the solutions to the realization of GIS, which based on systematic research on ComGIS application, and introduced the management and maintenance system of ZheGushan tunnel electromechanical equipment, which integrates with Borland Delphi and MapInfo MapX. It also analyzes the index system of evaluation to equipment management, adopts multilevel Fuzzy hierarchy methods to realize the evaluation management, and give reference to the maintenance plan.The content includes the design of object, structure, function and database.In addition, the author expatiates on the organization of data, the design of space database and attributea database in detail. It also includes some details of technology in the process of programming, such as layer control, data binding, special map, navigation chart, connect analysis of the equipment. Fanially, it introduces fuzzy hierarchy methods in the management and maintence system of equipment and discusses the outlook of System.
