As the rapid development of Internet, many new communication methods have come forth, the traditional point-to-point Unicast protocol can't meet the requirements now.The traditional point-to-point Unicast protocol,from a point send a data package to another point need a single data channel. A data package send from server only can be incept by one user. If other one thousand users need incept the data package, Server must send the data package to user for one thousand times. At the time that server need send a lot of data package to a lot of user, It is a trouble for the server and router.So people proposed group communication protocols, such as Multicast and Anycast, to decrease the server's burden and increase users' access speed. This paper major researches the applications and implementation of group communication protocol.Used group communication protocols such as Multicast and Anycast can decrease the net burden and increase net speed.
