The Design And The Development Of Office Automation System In National And Overseas

With the ongoing development of net and computer technology, the office automation system has been developing very rapidly. And it has been widely used in the daily work of the government, enterprise and the education departments. Therefore, it can bring the significance to us that can rapidly improve the work efficiency of society work if we can design a successful automation system. According to the development requirement of the item and doing research on a lot of documents, I have analyzed and designed the office automation system. I also use the ASP technology to finish the achievement of this system.The main significance of this paper is mainly about setting up modern office automation system. It can be used to finish the collecting, arranging, passing and analyzing the information and then we can share and make use of the information. We can use the information widely, controllably, efficiently and in a low cost. We also can achieve some information that we need to assist our decision in time and initiatively. Then we can realize the modernization of management and make scientific decisions.The target of this paper is to make out a design plan based on Web office automation system according to the reality and requirement of the office affair. We can use Internet and ASP technology and use B/S model to set up an office automation system based on Web.
