Design And Realization Of Automatic Test System Of Bulk Cable Injection Conducted Susceptibility Based On Virtual Instrumen

With the development in new technology of weapon, the number and type of highly sophisticated electronics equipments and system fitted in the congested shipboard,aircraft,guided missile environment, so electromagnetic environment (EME) is extremely complicated.Some equip were effected by electromagnetism energy in our practice.so,This is a exigent and necessary mission of solving electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) problem.The technology of EMC is not only a new and integrative subject domain,but also a application of engineering scientific technology .The study of EMC technology and solving EMC problem base on a lot of test research and measure in practice. We need to evaluate EMC of equip and find electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems by test.Bulk cable injection susceptibility test is one of the important item in the whole electromagnetic susceptibility test.This Test which has wide-frequency and require inequality power need to control many apparatus and do a lot of work. Most test have to do by manual operation at present,so this test is inefficient.We need imminently a Bulk cable injection susceptibility test system which fit for GJB151A/152A and apparatus in our lab.The test system can substitute manual operation and improve automatization level.Based on EMC automatic test technology and request, The method and realization of bulk cable injection susceptibility test system are researched mainly.we design the collectivity frame of automatic test software based on virtual instrument (VI) software platform and design hardware platform. We realize to control apparatus by Writing drivers and Collect data,display,save data; realizeing celerity feedback of signal by proportional arithmetic;setting safeguard by intercalating signal range; compiling application program by LabVIEW software platform.In the...
