In the recent years, with the acceleration of the interpretation and Market-orientation in the media, media has gained the political permission and some quotient in the market. Media begins to expand across different media regions. For example ,the "top finance and economics" arrange the resource of the TV and establish newspaper ,"we will go into magazine , network and a news agency ",the international broadcast of China set up the world newspaper , the stocks and bonds newspaper try to found the finance and economics cross-media stage ,the broadcast of centre people open the family health cost channel, and so on. The media manager start pay attention to the cross-media, and it becomes urgent.Though, from the current condition of the cross-media in our country, The cross-media is stand in the elementary step, and the real breakthrough is lack .This paper tries to offer the answer to deal with the question how to break the neck of the cross-media, how to establish a pattern with an positive scope, a reasonable collocation of the resources, under the culture industry.Considering these facts, the paper summarizes the experience and lessons from the internal and external cross-media management, illustrates the typical examples,...
