The Design And Implementation Of Single Hydraulic Prop Sealing Quality Monitoring System

The sealing quality monitoring system of single hydraulic prop is the instrument that be used for monitoring the sealing capability of single hydraulic prop especially and is the necessary instrument of various factories that produce single hydraulic props, the repair center, the repair workshop of various offices and mines, and so on.This paper introduces the sealing quality monitoring system of single hydraulic prop mainly composed with resistance strain gauge sensors, the sealing monitoring meter of single hydraulic prop, communication interface, computer, printer, and other periphery devices. It expatiates the system's design thought, design theory and realization method. The system can monitor the sealing quality of many single hydraulic props accurately, timely and flexibly. It has the functions of data collection, data transmission, data record, data rechecking and data alarming.This paper particularly introduces the hardware design, principle of the circuit, parameter selection, software design, flow chart of program and the system's software running result.This design forms a set of intelligent sealing quality monitoring system of single prop using computer. It breaks a new path for the modernization of prop monitoring, and makes users monitoring the sealing capability of props quantitatively, accurately, timely. So the sealing quality of single props is improved greatly.
