The technique of hydraulic equipment condition monitoring is an effective method, which can guarantee the hydraulic equipment to run quite efficiently under the safe reliable condition. Now, the technique of hydraulic equipment condition monitoring is mainly showed through monitoring the pressure, flow and temperature to get the power of hydraulic equipment. For the many defects of above method, this paper introduce a new way for the hydraulic equipment condition monitoring which through monitoring the current and voltage of motor in Hydraulic power System to get the input power so as to get the output power of hydraulic equipment.This paper putting forward a scheme of hydraulic eqipment on-line condition monitoring based on the theory basis of motor-hydraulic pump power math model, the technology core of quasi-synchronous alternative sampling, the hardware basis of single chip microcontroller A/D sampling and the PC machine running platform of monitoring and measuring system. Through designing the software and hardware of the hydraulic equipment condition monitor, the sample of A/D conversion and the software PC machine is developed, and which function is verified through a large number of experiments.Proved through theory analysis and experimental result, the hydraulic condition on-line monitoring system has realized the electrical signal filtering and commuting, data collection, the asynchronous serial communication effective value on-line monitoring of voltage, current, power factor and output power and can display these parameters with curve and value at the same time. In addition, this system also realized the over line warning of above parameter. Connected with the wireless remote control system, this system may finish the hydraulic equipment on-line condition monitoring independently and truely at the remote land and supply the hardware and software support for the hydraulic equipment on-line condition monitoring.
