| With the advances in production and technology, the increasing demands of automation production has increased, which makes the disadvantages of traditional testing systems have been more and more obvious. Nowadays, it is a novel development trend in modern testing technologies that network technology is applied in testing system. Due to the independence of testing units and the problem of data sharing, it causes a lot of inconvenience in managing and controlling the whole testing work. So more and more attention is paid to how to design a testing system with strong reliability and data sharing ability. In the testing system of refrigeratory, many network remote protocols are public. When the testing machines are connected directly with network devices, the system is inclined to be infected by viruses and then the testing machine can not work normally. Because of the long testing period and nobody at the scene of action, the whole product line will be seriously affected once the testing work stops. In order to solve the hidden security problem which comes from the combination of testing system and network technologies, this paper presents a testing system of refrigeratory based on a special network security strategy, and proposes a serial port communication protocol used to transmit data between testing computer and transmission computer . Analyzing the existing testing systems of refrigeratory and the demand of system design, this paper dwells on the design of data collecting system, database, function of each software, and the communication mechanism. The testing computer is connected with refrigeratory through power meter and temperature meter, where the computer periodically gathers data from the temperature meter, and then analyze ,manage ,display and store the collected data. In this system , The testing computer has no direct relation to outer query network and uses the serial port communication protocol to transmit data to transmission computer. The data is then written into the database of the network server, where people can read the results... |
