Research Of Resource Management In Enterprise VoIP System Which Is Based On Softswitch

As an important part of network management system, resource management system mainly do some work like centralized manage , consolidated attemper of network resource , monitor the transmission network and the rapid supply of operations. It's purpose is to make the operation flow automaticly and canonically,reduce the periods of resource's offering , optimize network resources' deploying and enhance the integrated using ratio of network by managing the data of enterprise VoIP system currectly, timely and dynamicly.At first, this paper analyzes the Softswitch technology and VoIP telephony technology. Then based on the structure and function module of integrated service system about enterprise VoIP, we bring forward using the SNMP and RMON to construct the resource management, and show the whole design scheme of resource management model. In this paper, we have discussed the mechanism of ensuring QoS about VoIP, then we confirmed the mechanism of ensuring QoS adopted in the enterprise VoIP sytsem. Finally, this paper depicts using Java and programming tools for network management of IBM to partially accomplish resource management model which is based on the SNMP protocol.
