The research subject is one of important components for enterprise information management of Suzhou JiaJie elevator Co.LTD. Analysis indicates that these BOM information is based on the designing results in CAD system. The Designing information is the basic information of the BOM information. So it is necessary for enterprises to integrate the designing information into information management systems. Generally, all products are assemblies of many parts, so the management of assembly BOM information about products plays a great role in whole enterprises BOM management. The thesis studied BOM management method that adapt to elevator manufacturing according to situation of elevator manufacturing enterprise, and abstract the designing information by the Visual Basic exploitation technology, Further more, develop the Assembly BOM information management system.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the characteristic of information transfer between Solid Edge and BOM information management system, and analyzes the practical requirement of BOM management in the elevator manufacture company by BOM technology and CAD technology.
