With the construction and development of our country, elevators are more and more widely used in high-rise buildings. And they are directly related to the safety of people's lives. Therefore, the safety supervision of the elevator is very important, but also essential.In this paper, based on the analysis of the research status of domestic and international elevator safety remote monitoring and management system at home and abroad, an elevator safety remote monitoring and management system based on digital map was designed. The whole architecture of the system is divided into three major parts: elevator terminal data acquisition device, mobile application program for maintenance personnel and the remote monitoring and management platform. The elevator terminal data acquisition device is a device using Cortex-A8 as the core of the ARM terminal as a hardware platform. The platform is equipped with Android operating system and a variety of sensors. Through the development of the sensor drivers, the elevator operation data acquisition and integration analysis can be achieved. And then the data information is transmitted to the remote monitoring management platform through the network. The mobile application program for maintenance personnel is an application developed for the maintenance personnel, and is based on Android system. Maintenance personnel can use it to view the real-time elevator running data, the elevator map location display, the elevator historical failure information and view and submit maintenance information when they are at the maintenance site.The remote monitoring and management platform is the emphasis part of this paper, and it is based on the digital map and centralized manages elevators within the jurisdiction. We can view the elevator's basic information, running parameters, maintenance information, failure information and so on through the remote monitoring and management platform. The remote monitoring and management platform mainly uses B/S architecture. Dynamic web pages are developed by JSP technology and static interface design is based on j Query EasyUI technology. The MySQL database is used for system data storage and combined with the use of MVC Hibernate Spring framework to achieve the system functions.According to the functional requirements of the system, the following three functions were detailed designed: system management module, real-time monitoring module and historical record module. Finally, we used the API interface provided by Android system to connect the service interface of the remote monitoring and management platform. And finally we realized the data communication function between the elevator terminal data acquisition device, the maintenance personnel mobile application program and the remote monitoring management platform through TCP/IP protocol and Socket communicationAfter the development had been completed, the entire elevator safety remote monitoring and management system was tested. The result is that the design is feasible, and the system is safe and reliable.
