With.the increasing number of elevators and the aging of elevator parts,domestic elevators are prone to long-term,high-load,and large passenger flow applications,which makes the safety risks of elevators impossible.Due to the early development and rapid progress of economic development,Jinan City has a large number of elevators,especially the old elevators,which cause elevator failures and elevator accidents in daily applications.The Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau issued a request to the Jinan Municipal Government to strengthen the emergency response of the elevator.For this reason,Jinan City decided to build an elevator emergency disposal management system.The elevator emergency management system mainly adopts the.Net development framework system under the B/S architecture.The technical structure of the elevator emergency management system designs the user layer,the presentation layer,the business layer,the application support layer,and the data layer.The performance layer includes a work order disposal page,an elevator basic information management page,an elevator basic information review page,and a query statistical analysis page.The business layer has designed the work order disposal business class,the elevator basic information management business class,the.elevator basic information auditing business class,and the query statistical analysis business class.The application support layer provides GIS map services,database access services,and data exchange services.The data layer mainly stores elevator emergency disposal data through the business database.The elevator emergency disposal management system implements four modules according to the requirements,namely the work order disposal module,the elevator basic information management module,the elevator basic information review module,and the query statistical analysis module.Among them,the modules for the realization of work order disposal include:faulty disposal of trapped people,disposal of non-trapped people,handling of complaints and complaints,and handling of one-button alarms.The modules implemented by the elevator basic information management include:layout map.management,elevator file management,maintenance unit management,rescue site management,use unit management,and rescue expert library management.The module for implementing the basic information review of the elevator includes:auditing information and replacing the maintenance unit.The modules for querying statistical analysis include:emergency response statistical query,security risk statistical query,emergency rescue statistical query,fault analysis statistical query,fault original use due to statistical query,report statistics,and work order query.The construction of the system can meet the requirements of the contracted maintenance unit to implement the rescue according to the elevator emergency response procedure and time limit requirements.If the maintenance unit cannot rescue in time,it can coordinate other nearby elevator maintenance units or public security firefighting and other rescue forces to implement safe,rapid and scientific rescue to minimize passengers' time.
