Manufacturing industry is one of the most powerful symbols of a national economy.With the continuous development of computer technology and internet technology,the traditional manufacturing industry must make good use of information technology to promote the integration and innovation of manufacturing industry for keeping pace with the development of the times.This can drive the enterprise transformation and upgrading greatly and improve the enterprise efficiency and level in design,production and management and service efficiency.The research of this paper is basing on the actual project of Sichuan aviation industry ChanXi Machinery Co.Ltd,which is a typical discrete manufacturing enterprise.As the main manufacturing products of company,the isostatic pressing equipments are the non-standard products with complex structure system,involving the mechanical,electric,hydraulic,pneumatic and other different engineering subject.Thousands of parts,standard parts,purchased products,factory universal products are included,and the reference from other relative product resulting in the relationship between the products data is complex and overlapping,which are the obvious differences from the product data in other industries.As a basic data set,the Material list file plays an important role throughout the product design,process design,manufacturing,purchasing organization and procurements of the whole process.However,collecting and summarizing product data term by term with a manual way is a traditional and low efficiency way in the company,resulting in long-term directory confusion,inaccurate and other issue,greatly delaying the delivery of product.Therefore,for realizing the targets in efficient management of product data and shortening the plan time of product data and process route to improve the accuracy of circulation process and regulatory management,developing a material list management system to meet the company actual situation has become a new topic in the process of information construction of the company.Based on deep investigation of the status of enterprise informationizaion,this paper began research subject aim at high efficient and accuracy circulation of the material list of isostatic pressing equipment products.By analyzing the information about product design,manufacturing process and related process of isotatic pressing equipment,this paper deeply study the flow process of material list data derived from Solid Edge and the core technology such as product-structure-tree traverse algorithm.The directory the material list management system based on SolidEdge is designed and implemented by using object-oriented method and adopting VB.NET and SQL(Structured Query Language)database technology.The system include the functions about data auto-generation,import,search,modification,printing and others,which not only improve the core business data sharing level highly,but also provides data preparation for the CAPP(Computer Aided Process Planning)and MES(Manufacturing Execution System)system,speeding up the product manufacturing cycle,enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprise.
