The production line of chain gate machine-rotary kiln of active lime originated from Xinxing Cast Pipe Works, Handan, Hebei. Active lime is one of the important materials for steel making .At present, there are many ways of lime sintering such as the methods of Chain gate machine-rotary kiln, upright kiln, fluid-bed furace and suspension.etc. Because of its low investment, advanced technic, low heat-consumption and modern controlling technic, the parameter of the whole production line is deter mined basing on the sufficient research sbout the reaction process of active lime, as well as production practice. It can control the production process of active lime in quantification, so as to save the energy, improve the production and quality. By using the newly-made fixed Comb-style impluse rod chiller and the heat-consumption of it is lower than other national products. The quality of lime made by the Chain gate machine-rotary kiln is the best, and it is suiTab. for large-scale production. So, this factory introduced the production line.Now, PLC has been widely used in every field because of its high automation and strong anti-interference. By analyzing the controlling terminals and demands of chain gate machine-rotary kiln, we divide this system into electrical system PLC and instrumental system PLC and choose a series of PLC TSX of the Schneider.The article analyses the functions and characteristics of computer inspection system and the Kingview software 6.0,has the function of collecting data, redundant system and advanced warning device. PID regulator has some advantages such as simple calculation, strong adaptation an robustness. So PID control is still one of the most popular basic ways of control. PID control is used on the speed control by frequency variation and the temperature pressure control of the Chain gate machine-rotary kiln of the system. After analyzing and designing the PID controller, We had the system control. So, analyze the control design is made on PID control.By analysing the control system of computer, we choose kingview 6.0 and analyse its use in the system. We also analyse the basic theory and chracteristic of PID control. Because all kinds of parameter of PID have a defferent influence on PID control function, and the special working condition demands different kinds of PID, the chapter summarizes the regulating methods of PID parameter according to PID use under the pressure and the emperature control.
