In the course of rotating machinery, it is often difficult to avoid the occurrence of failure. Once a part of rotating machinery failure, it is not only affects the production efficiency, but also reduces the service life of rotating machinery and heavily threats the life and property of the staff and property, causing immeasurable losses. In order to reduce unnecessary disaster, the timely discovery and treatment failure problem is badly in need.In this paper, the paper machine is taken as the research object. According to the specific of rotating machinery equipment and the system requirements, on-line monitoring system for rotating machinery vibration is researched and developed.Firstly, an in-depth knowledge of the on-line monitoring system for rotating machinery vibration research situation at home and abroad should be known to make an overall planning for the system design content. Through the comprehensive analysis of the common faults and fault of rotating machinery, the on-line monitoring system for rotating machinery vibration is mainly divided into two parts to design:the hardware part and software part.Secondly, through a brief analysis of the pretreatment process of vibration signals, wavelet algorithm is used to analyze and process the signal. The interference signal is collected inevitably in the field and the useful signal is weak, so the pretreatment process of signal must be designed, such as the signal amplification, filtering, blocking operation. Wavelet transform has the characteristics of multi-resolution analysis, so it has prominent advantages analysis of non-stationary signal localization and the time-frequency localization function. it is good and very suitable for the detection of anomalous signal in normal signal and has a good effect on fault detection and diagnosis.Thirdly, the hardware part of online monitoring system of rotating machinery vibration is necessary. The ARM chip is selected as the micro controller and the eddy current sensor is selected as the signal acquisition tool. The hardware part takes micro controller as the core design of rotating machinery vibration on-line monitoring system, mainly includes the power circuit design, the design of the interface circuit, the design of storage circuit, the design of signal pretreatment circuit and the design of analog and digital conversion circuit.Then, the software part of online monitoring system of rotating machinery vibration is necessary also. Aiming at the control of rotating machinery system functional requirements, using advanced programming language C#in Visual Studio2010development platform to complete the development of software, to complete real-time monitoring of rotating machinery system, and complete the data query, drawing, communication etc.. The establishment of on-line monitoring system databases is contributed to the unified management of monitoring data and the historical data query for staff.Finally, the wavelet algorithm is used to simulate. The simulation example is been used to understand the process of data analysis. Through the corresponding with fault character, complete the analysis and diagnosis of rotating machinery fault diagnosis.
