EMC is the new idea which comes from the EMI evolution development. It proposed the electronic installation must take the consideration of its work electromagnetic environment in the design stage. On the one hand avoids the other equipment's untolerated disturbance to it It also must avoid it's destructive disturbance to other equipment. Moreover, this work must be done in the design stage. The practice proved, this will has many measures, but the price is low. Otherwise, like we usually used when the equipment meet the disturbance then take the anti- electronmagetic interference measures, then not only the measures few, the cost will be high, sometimes even unable to overcome the disturbance, caused the equipment unable to work. Therefore, this kind to carries on the EMC design from the passive anti- electronmagetic interference is the key progressive to enhance the system's reliability,it is extremely important. The industrialization developed country started from the 20th century 60's to conduct the fundamental research, and has drawn up the related standards, the test method, enforced EMC with the country authentication system, these measures after the promoted application, made its system's reliability greatly enhanced. Our country's related departments has also drawn up the partial EMC standards, the test methods and carried out the authentication system, but insufficient, academic circles to EMC fundamental's research is very few, engineering is still in the passive anti- electronmagetic interference condition, this seriously restricted the enhance of electron system's reliability, particularly in computer observation and control system's reliability enhancement. Therefore it is necessary to strengthen this aspect to study and practice. This is also why I proposed discussion in this field.The first chapter summarized the history from EMI to the EMC, explained the EMC idea's origin and the connotation, proposed the key of the EMC design is : clear the source of the interference, protecet the transline, self-protecting. Summarized the history of the advanced industrialized country and our country push EMC's measurement; The second chacpter analize the importance and specialization of Computer Control System's EMC technology. Analyzed the importance, type and the way of disturbance, emphatically summarized the primary device's choice, the transmission channel's anti- electronmagetic interference, the grounding method, the power source protection and the PCB board design, and carried on to the computer system's unique software anti- electronmagetic interference technology. The article also systemly summarized my study of participation in scientific research activities to consciously carry on the EMC technology practice. Like software filter, primary device on-line dynamic examination, ESD interference testing development, PCB board anti- ESD technology application and so on shield, grounding, isolation,etc; The third chapter talk on the design in the EMC technology, like the design procedure, the EMC technical specification standards' making, the design management and so on; The fourth chapter summarized on the article content.
