| The computer control technique is widely applied in the relevant experiment teachings ofelectromechanical and automation. Excepting supplying testing bed for experiment teaching, it alsomeet the need of the scholars in relevant filed for mathematical modeling verification. Thistechnology not only satisfies the need of carrying out the experiment at any time, but also realizesthe share of teaching resources, which is of great perspective for its functions like online monitoringand fault diagnosis.In order to solve the problems of high cost, huge volume and algorithm blocking, this subjectdevelops a set of network-based computer controlling experiment system. By remote controlling onthe test bed via network, this system makes it possible to control algorithm, save data, displaycurve dynamically and search history data.The system selects the typical model of nonlinear, strong coupling and large lag three-tankwater as the control object, and realizes remote control of the three-stage platform withweb-oriented user, data center server managing data and local secondary server controllingalgorithm. With the self-developed collection platform controlling the variables, the system isconstructed by HTTP, CSS, ASP.NET, AJAX, asynchronously transceivers data using TCP/IPcommunication protocol, manages database with SQL Server, dynamically displays in the form offlash, and realizes algorithm extension with Matlab.In the end, testing the hardware platform, data center server and local secondary serverrespectively, carry out online testing when each mode testing is in good condition, and analyze andexclude the online problems like time lag to display the operation performance of the system. Thesystem operates steadily and realizes the prospective goal,which verifies the effectiveness andreliability of the network based computer controlling experiment system. |
