The Design Of A New Generation Online Charge System Of Public Payphone

With the development of the new communication time, higher requirements in the management and maintaince of public payphone system is proposed. There are a lot of faults and corrupt practice in the current offline management system of public payphone. Such as data easy to be lost and error, hard to prevent public phone from larcenous dialing, hard to maintainance, hard to expand new business and etc. All these seriously restrict the develop speed and scale of the public payphone. Based on the unfavorable situation, this paper submits a new solution on generation online charge system of public payphone. This solution aims at solve all above mentioned problem. And give us a new way to expand the sustained development of public payphone business. So the topic of this paper has high utility value.The writer finished the function design and system analyses of the new online charge system of public payphone in his paper. This new system regenerates the current charge system of public payphone. The writer is the key designer of this system and he is the project manager also. As the first designer of the function design and system analyses, he finished the general design, detail design and program composition of the control and switching part. He also participated the general design of the management part. Finally the writer organized and took part in the installation, commissioning and acceptance test of trial sites.There are 4 chapters totally in this paper. In the first chapter, the writer analyzes the background of the new charge system, shows some analyses data and comparable data to explain the aim of the new charge system. Then the detail function of the new system is explained in the second chapter. The writer describes in the third chapter the three main parts of the new system: switch function point, control function point and management function point.
