Research And Implement Of Fee-charge Subsystem For The Oversea Commercial Bank Business Processing System

As development of overseas business, to promote their business in a number of foreign branches, and to become more competitive in business of overseas branches, a business bank is urgent needed to develop a fully functional integrated business processing system, including deposit and loan business, accounting, settlement, charges. Before the preparation of this article the bank has developed a set of integrated business processing system of the oversea branch, and the system has been put into the business, including customer information, deposits, remittances, accounting, loans, international settlement, funds, foreign exchange, bank cards and other basic services. The goal of this article is achieving to develop a charge subsystem under an integrated core processing system in function of the system by reseaching the bank charges. Function of the system can support all the needs of the business transaction fees charged directly to the completion of function, but also separately charged with achieving a specific business association has occurred. Meanwhile, the subsystem can handle one-time, periodic, irregular cycles and other costs, adapt to a fixed amount, fixed ratio, segmentation, stratification and other forms of charges, and the realization of the automatic deduct expenses, accrual, amortization and late treatment. Characteristics of the system is to complete charging through a series of parameter setting fees in different business areas, the different local characteristics required, and specific interrelated with the core processing system.This study focuses on the design parameters, operational functions associated with the design, and the host computer, DB2 database, fundamental technology, business functions right development, and thereby to provide theory support and technical support to fee charging subsystem designed, and propose the right application system to an overseas commercial bank.This paper discusses the core structure fee calculation module, online charges common transactions, batch process of automatically deduct cost of a subscription subsystem framework, to achieve a teller operations to the core set of business transactions called online transaction fees charged system model and in line with volume snap fee program before and after the full realization of the system charge feature sets.
