The Research And Impletation Of Vedio Coference Which Based On H.323 Protcol

With the development of network, user's demand on network changes persistently. Highly developed digital image processing technique and communication technique make multimedia communication possible, and it is now on the way of progress. Multiple endpoints video conference based on IP network has taken place some traditional remote conference system like TV video conference and telephone conference because of it's lower cost and more advantage.After years of research on multiple endpoints video conference based IP network, the theory and technology has been mature. With the progress of multi-media technique, video conference can be realized with lower code rate and more excellence quality of visual effect. There are mainly two protocol families about this technology, which are H.323 and SIP. The former is present by ITU organization, and the latter is done by IETF. The former got a long time to develop and more application.The research of this paper relate to some advanced theories such as multi-media signal processing and H.323 protocol stack, which include video and audio standard, communication control protocol H.245,call signaling protocol H.225,as well as procedures experimental within these protocols define how these components communicate. Also a video conferencing system is designed and some relating key technologies are studied, which include transmission technology, MCU technology and so on. The system that the paper provides is easy to implement and the results of experiment is good .Such system can be widely used in the fields such as business conference, distance education etc. And it is of good practical value.
