With the development of information technology and multimedia technology,video conferencing is playing an increasingly important role in people's lives.The multipoint control unit is the core of the video conference and is responsible for core functions such as conference calling,audio and video encoding and decoding,and data forwarding.The current multi-point control unit has the disadvantages of lack of unified management,complicated internal operation,and low degree of automation.Aiming at the current status of maintenance and management of multi-point control units,this thesis designs and implements a set of maintenance management tools with resource management,monitoring alarms and risk analysis as the main functional modules,and completes the following specific tasks:(1)Design and implementation of resource management module.This module is designed for unified management of multipoint control units of different versions.This module registers and saves the basic information and related configuration information of the multipoint control unit.At the same time,this module counts the real-time status information of the deployed system.When a monitoring alarm occurs,the user can immediately view the relevant configuration and system status of the multipoint control unit,which is convenient for the user to troubleshoot in time.(2)Design and implementation of monitoring alarm module.This module is designed to manage,report,shield,restore and record multiple alarms of the multipoint control unit.This article uses the multipoint control unit process and message framework to call the interfaces of multiple modules such as the enterprise unified platform,business access subsystem,maintenance and management,and regularly inspects the audio and video resources and process status of the multipoint control unit.Based on the single-core processing capability of the multi-point control unit and the system's binding status,a dynamic alarm strategy is formulated.When resources fall or the alarm disappears,a recovery alarm is issued and the previous alarm is eliminated to avoid alarm redundancy.Design and implement three levels of alarm shielding functions at the same time to avoid repeated alarms.(3)Design and implementation of risk analysis module.This module contains the real-time graphic display of the health assessment of the multi-point control unit and the system status.This thesis optimizes and improves the health assessment method of the multipoint control unit,designs and implements a multi-index conference health assessment algorithm.The algorithm combines the use of system resources,meeting site conditions and alarm records to comprehensively analyze the real-time status of the multi-point control unit,calculate the health value and risk level,so that the relevant personnel can grasp the multi-point control unit as a whole and perform timely maintenance and avoid scheduling of high-risk multi-point control units.The multi-point control unit maintenance management tool designed and implemented in this thesis has passed the function test and performance test.The maintenance management tool can meet the actual business needs of users,has a low system resource occupancy rate,and has a timely response,and has a certain degree of innovation and practicability.At present,this tool has been used in actual work to improve the automation degree of maintenance and management of the multi-point control unit,with stable performance.
