C~4ISR system, their relationships, and the disciplines and guidelines governing their design and evolution over time, has great importance on the C~4ISR system design, development, operation and evolution. Architecture is one of the key technologies to promain the C~4ISR system integration. Currently, C~4ISR architecture design is mainly based architecture framework. The C~4ISR Architecture Framework Based on the "Operational View, Systems View, Technical View," and many more views descriptions, through the mapping between operational activity and system function, provides an integration mechanism of C~4ISR system resources to support a specific combat mission, while that is difficult to describe and analyze the dynamic integration process of the C~4ISR system resources to support the dynamic adjustment of operational mission in the future Network Centric Operation. Therefore, using the SOA and service-oriented thinking, this paper extendes the original C~4ISR Architecture Framework with increasing the service view product description in order to archieve the separation between the operational activity described in operational view and the military system resources described in system view. Then under the service view framework, this paper presents the modeling approach of the service view product, and focus on the evolution and executable verification research of the C~4ISR architecture service view. The main work and innovations of the papers include:(1) Presents a service view decription framework of C~4ISR architecture Such as DoDAF2.0, NATOAFv3.0, MoDAF1.2 and other latest architecture frameworks including service view description, they just only describe the definition, role and content of the service view product without analysising the internal logical relationship between the operational view, the system view and the service view, so that it is difficult to guide modeling and analysising application of the service view product. In this paper, contrasting by the study of the latest architecture framework, especially NATOAFv3.0, firstly we get the basic data elements contained inside the C~4ISR architecture by analysising the Zachman theoretical framework. Then we analysis the reason why the service view is needed to archieve the separation between the operational activity and the military system resources by uncoupled the data elements relationship between the Operational View and the System View. Based on the above research, we present a service view decription framework of C~4ISR architecture and the detailed description of service view product about the role, the content, formal description method, the basic data elements and the logic relationship between the services view product are described at last.(2) Modeling methods of the service view product within C~4ISR architecture For the reason that DoDAF2.0, NATOAFv3.0, MoDAF1.2 and other latest architecture frameworks do not prescribe the detailed modeling methods of service view product description, in order to describe and analysis the dynamic integration of the military system resources, this paper researches on the modeling methods of the C~4ISR architecture service view product description, including: the modeling approach of SOV-1 service description product based on OWL-S and CADM, the method on classification and management of SOV-2 service taxonary based on service groups, the modeling approach of SOV-3 products based on Object Petri Net, and the detailed description methods of SOV-4 and SOV-5 based on the traceable relationship matrix.(3) Proposes an evolution description method of service view product within C~4ISR architectureAt the C~4ISR architecture designing level, in order to describe and analysis the evolution of C~4ISR systems in the future battlefield environment due to the functional failure of the military system resources and the adjustment of operational process, this paper proposes an evolution description framework of service view product within C~4ISR architecture and analysis the evolutional process of the service view product contrasting by the designing process. Because the evolution of service view under the above two conditions is both related the evolution description of the service interaction process model, in order to ensure the correct evolution of model, so this paper puts forward a set of evolutional operation of SOV-3 to promain the rational structure of process and analysises the effectiveness of resources to support the service nodes of the the service interaction process model after evolutioning.(4) Proposed an executable verification method of service view product within C~4ISR architectureBecause of the tightly couplede relationship between the operational activity and the military system resources, the current executable verification methods of C~4ISR architecture are difficulte to analysis and validate the evolution process of the related C~4ISR systems in the future battlefield environment. So this paper proposed an executable verification method of service view product within C~4ISR architecture based on SOV-3 as the core product, and analysises the modeling, implementation and the executable simulation of SOV-3 based on Object Petri Net. In order to maintain the data-centric architecture development strategy and achieve the universal description of SOV-3 for the comparison and integration of architecture, the rules and algorithms of transformation from SOV-3 description to BPEL are proposed. Finally, the detailed description of the executable process of service view products is analyzed under the conditions of the functional failure of the military system resources and the adjustment of operational process.(5) The modeling and analysising method of service view within the regional aerial defense Network Centric Operation system architecture To verify the availability, rationality of the proposed theory and methods, this paper studies the modeling case of service view using the regional aerial defense Network Centric Operation which embodies the "Network Centric Warfare"ideas as the background. On the basis of service view description, at the architecture design level, evolution of the regional aerial defense Network Centric Operation system is described and analyzed through the evolutional description of the service view, and the executable process of service view within the regional aerial defense Network Centric Operation system architecture is described at last.In summary, this paper presents the modeling and anlysising of the service view within the C~4ISR architecture using service-oriented thinking and research on SOA, in oder to describe and analysis the military systems dynamic integration and evolution demand of C~4ISR system in the future Network Centric Operation. Our contributions make a base ground for the future research of C~4ISR system architecture designing and analysising both in theory and practice.
