With the globalization of world economy and China's joining in WTO, financial market in China has become more and more competitive. Merchant Banks can not extend area to get great profits if only depend on traditional operation. The extension and globalization of businese requirements brought some financial risks. In order to prevent and eliminate those financial risks, Merchant Banks all begin to cooperate with stockjobber and insurance by developing mid-ware operation. Banking operation requirements are growing and facing globalization. However, the distinct disadvantage among domestic bank systems is all sub-systems are relatively independent, data communicating and share are growing more difficult, and system network architecture is complex, So multi-operation inevitably cause banking system more and more complex.Within merchant banks, since those information such as system hardware, development platform, system interface and data standards haven't been unified yet, there are much difference among all branchs'information. Moreover, those existing banking sub-systems are cross-independent, dynamic inter-active and information sharing among different systems can not be implemented, so many information acnodes have been isolated. Meanwhile, maitaining a huge system operation's large overhead and instant requirements of united operation and centralized management strengthen the importance of System Conformity. The contruction of Banking Integrated Customer Service Platform(BICSP) was presented in this paper. Its background was based on the banking operation concentration which caused banking operation was united. Once new operation would be developed, those local operation in banking system would be restricted and the operation efficiency would also fall. The introduction of BICSP in this paper has solved all problems above. BICSP can implement multiple new operations using the existing standard interface under the condition of not affecting prevenient core operation system's running. Moreover, the efficency has been improved also. BICSP will be the unified development platform among branches, so the local different service problem can be solved. At the same time, channel conformity makes business system management easier, more efficient and more normative. The design of BICSP was based on the rule of oriented to customer, oriented to service, oriented to management and oriented to development.So the implement of BICSP can not only meet the requirements of the exsiting banking operations, but also consider the future development. Under the condision of ensuring banking operation can run safely, BICSP can connected to various extensional businese systems to finish multifarious real-time deals ,which provides strong holding for expanding bankig operation. The main contribution in the paper includes: 1.The current domestic and international banking operation background are discussed. 2.The requirement of BICSP is analyzed and the solution of BICSP is also presented. 3.The detailed design and research of BICSP are presented.The system architecture, application framework and data workflow control are also illustrated which based on J2ee standard. 4.The asynchronous message communication based on WebSphere MQ is presented and implemented. 5.The security administration module design applying encrypting transmitted data, checking authority by user role and single sign on technology respectively is presented. 6.The processing flow of BICSP framework was presented and the advantage of BICSP was prospected.
