The information systems of social insurance management were put forward and carry into execution in order to meet the request of reformation of social insurance regulations and information means of modem management in new position. The information systems should accord to "Five insurances in one" , "Insurance Engineering" and interrelated guideline of Labor Department, and realize "One Ticket Collection", various paying, data security, convenient operation and inquiry. Because the units, employee and serving institution of social insurance institutions are of large numbers and its policys have otherness and particularity, the function, adaptability, credibility and stabilization of the system must have relatively high level.The leader-inquiry subsystem of information systems of social insurance management is a subsystem. Leaders and decision-making persons use it to collect the data, including the information of unit work, handing in fee, oweing fee, prepaying fee,changing and afterpaying and account transfering of joining-insurance employee, and account paying of all kinds of insurances from hospitalization insurance institutions.The collected data is picked up, organized, switched and showed to user.In this paper, a leader-inquiry subsystem is designed and realized. The realizing means of the leader-inquiry subsystem is discussed using the technic of MVC(Model-View-Controller), JSP(Java Server Page), Servlet, EJB(Enterprise Java Beans), JDBC(Java Database Connectivity) and XML(Extensible Markup Language) in J2EE(Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition).In this paper, the system is introduced briefly, and the network, structure design, basic function, developed tools and circumstance of the system are depicted. The function modules of every layer, including the layer of showing, operation logic and data, are depicted in detail in the example of realizing the information inquiry of medical paying. Inquiry windows that are developed using JSP are located showing layer. Inquiry peration, developed using EJB, is located in operation logic layer in charge of receiving inquiry claim, picking up data from database and sending organized data to showing layer. The management and conformity of data are completed by data layer. The whole system is designed in the mode of MVC, JDBC,JNDI and XML so that the system have clear structure, good expansibility, maintainability and flat irrelativity. Finally, the advantages and shortings are summarized.
