Customer manager system is an internal management system and operation mechanism used by telecom enterprises to expand business and sale under the market economy condition. It supports customer manager to sale all products and services to customers and process all customers' transactions entirely, as a result it becomes the bridge and ties between telecom enterprise internal management system and customers. The telecom VIP(Very Important Person) customer manager management system aims at supporting and helping telecom enterprises build VIP customer management evaluation and motivation system and bylaw, encourage and promote customer manger to make great efforts in expanding markets through information platform.The paper studies the connotation and meanings of telecom customer manager system, states and analyzes technical difficulties and solutions in details, emphasizes on designing system architecture and function structure, based on which a prototype system is built.Telecom VIP customer manager management system based on Lotus Domino/Notes builds an integrated process and management platform for VIP customer manager, and an uniform information service platform oriented at VIP customer manager as a topic of the evaluation. Furthermore internal evaluation management system can help people first make use of the strong performance of Lotus Domino/Notes. The purposed system puts telecom internal and external resources in a best configuration state all the time by continually integrating telecom VIP customer resources and the advantages of enterprise internal talent, information and technologies and innovating based on it. It also provides an auxiliary decision mechanism for telecom enterprise operation management, and leverages the whole level of enterprise operation management, which improves telecom enterprise's key competitiveness.
