The Design And Application Of TV Signal Recording Sever

There were hundreds of programs on television nowadays and they contained so many contents, such as education and technology, which can be used as instructional resources. The majority of teachers complained about serious lack of valuable instructional resources. Whether teachers and students could gain those resources conveniently? In order to solve this problem, the Digital Campus Construction Center of Capital Normal University put forward this project. And now, the TV Signal Recording Sever has been set up in the Digital Campus Center. Teachers can use the remote recording system to achieve any Instructional program on TV. The sever also provided resource downloading and stream media play online service.This paper provides the method of supplying the television signal media. It also introduces the main working principle of TV signal recording sever and the pivotal programming technique.This system is now running in Capital Normal University.
