Design Of The Detecting System For The Axle Temperature Monitor And Alarm System

This thesis described hardware and software design of the detecting system of axle temperature monitor and alarm set of passenger train, and so does its operation principle.The detecting system can be used for two type of axle temperature monitor and alarm set of passenger train which use analog sensor or digital sensor. The detecting system is composed of three parts, the first part is to detect sensor, it can detect ten analog sensor one time, if the sensor not work properly ,the corresponding buzzer will alarm and LED will light. The test system also can detect eight digital sensor one time, the detect result will display on computer, "1" means the digital sensor's character is well , "0" means bad.The second part of the test system is to detect the eight current resource of the axle temperature monitor and alarm set of passenger train which use analog sensor, if the current resource works well the corresponding LED will light, and the detect result will display on computer. The third part of the detect system is to emulate sensor's character to detect whether the axle temperature monitor and alarm set of passenger train work properly.The software and hardware of whole system cooperates closely, forms a perfect, high-efficient and high reliable system. It leads competence and extensive market use the prospect at home to have.
