Today, various of spaceflight test tasks are increasing very rapidly, especially, the tasks of lanch different models of missiles and sattlites. Multi-tasks are ofen carrying out. In this situation, real-time application software system of TT&C Center in Lanch Test Range is facing a great trial. For adapt to the needs of different tasks, befor carry out the new task, we should do a lots of software modifications and debugging. In the process of lanch and unite-testing, if the real-time application software had been made some new modification, there should be emerged some matters, these would bring a great more work to engineers and technicians. To advance the reliability of our TT&C's real-time application software, and shorten the software programming cycle, it is very necessary to rebuild the TT&C Center's digital simulation system and design a new software system which fits to the current situation of our Lanch Test Range.This project is based on mathematical models, by handled the approach of digital simulation, simulating exterior and telemetry measuring elements in the process of spacecraft lanch and circulating, at the same time, simulating the status of tracking and measuring facilities. The aim is debug and test the TT&C Center's real-time application software. The paper originated the reaserch of spacecraft simulation, and found on a lots of real-time mathematical models. According to the working principle of different kinds tracking and measuring facilities, and spacecraft dynamics principle, we designed and realized the digital simulation system which fits to the needs of various tasks at present.Digital simulation software system is an important component of TT&C Center's real-time software. It can supply the real-time data processing system with original data. The simulation work includes information of exterior and telemetry tracking and measuring facilities, inter-Base exchanging information, error information, spacecraft flying fault information and so on.It is very important to improve the reliability of TT&C Center's real-time software and shorten the cycle of software programming.This digital simulation system have been tested by many tasks, it plays an important role in pratical application, and taking remarkable effect.
