They are environmental protection, drainage, chemical industry, communication, earthquake and so on. This is the background of the Real-Time Data Center for Supervision and Emergency Command System.This dissertation is about Real-Time Data Center for Supervision and Emergency Command System. It first gives out the application and development of Supervision and Emergency Command System, discusses the monitor type of traditional Supervision System, analyses the data requirement of Emergency Command System and resolves the problem of data exchange between Supervision System and Emergency Command System by Real-Time Data Center.
