During the period of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", substantive progress hasbeen made in informatization construction of China Petroleum Sales Company. Theconstruction of ERP system, gas station management system, a logistics system,secondary distribution system and oil depot management system have been completed.At the same time, with the rapid development of computer technology, networktechnology and multimedia communication technology, it provides technicalfoundation for comprehensive control and emergency command for leaders andmanagers of the company.The goal of the construction of provincial sales company command center is torealize interactive communication and exchange with the headquarter, so as to meetthe requirement of daily production command, production monitoring andemergency command, to display data of production, operation and managementcomprehensively, to facilitate unified deployment of resources. Command center ismainly composed of video display system, audio amplification system, remote videomonitoring system, video conference system, dispatching communication system,signal system (business system).As command center involves usage of a variety of systems and equipments, theoperation of these equipments must be very complex, for example, we need to openpower supplies of a variety of equipments, switch frequently all kinds of audio andvideo signals, to real-time control video conference terminal equipments and cameralenses, etc. In this case, a “central control system” which can manage all theseequipments synthetically was brought into being.The central control system refers to the equipment for centralized control ofvarious kinds of equipments of sound, light, electricity, etc. It can be applied tomultimedia classrooms, multi-functional conference rooms, command and controlcenter, intelligent family and so on. Users can control projector, showcase, DVDplayer, video tape recorder etc. by button control panel, computer screen, touch screenand wireless remote control equipments through computer and central control systemsoftware to avoid the usage of complex and a large number of remote controllers. Itcan realize resources sharing, video interactive transmission and mutual monitoring, coordinate control computer, VCD, video, video booth and other modern audio-visualequipments, and centralized control of electric curtain, lighting, screen and otherequipments, build a high-definition, high fidelity, controlled acousto-optic backgroundmodern multimedia audio-visual environment through the large screen projection.This paper introduces the composition, structure and function of subsystems ofcommand center, and design scheme of central control system of command center,adopts NetLink Studio software of the United States AMX company for programming,takes Apple iPad2as wireless touch terminal, it can control the main equipments ofsubsystems of command center by sending control instructions to AMX NetLinkNI4100central control console through wireless LAN. It provides a good feasibilityscheme for the construction of central control system of command center.
