The Design And Implementation Of Bank's Enterprise Command Center System

The risk concentration is brought with the data concentration of bank business. The requirement for daily running maintenance, fault monitor and forecast of business system are excelsior. The complexity and variability of daily maintenance work are massively improved since the processing mode of multi-host group is adopted. How to monitor daily running of various business system conveniently with least human cost, how to diagnose, locate and resolve fault problems by fast mode, how to backup and recover vast data concentrated safely and efficiently, and how to improve safeness of business system and so on are become a top priority task of bank to settle. ECC (Enterprise Command Center) system is to build a uniform platform, which makes the above problems resolved after the business data of bank are concentrated, and lets the computer system maintenance and application management achieve a new level.This dissertation is about design and implement of ECC system based on the Counter Business Concentrating system(柜面业务集中系统) of Shannxi construction bank, that is to say a system to manage IT system. The architecture and workflow of running and maintenance are studied and analyzed. The operational principle of ECC system and its synthetic running in concrete project are deeply researched. The project requirement is proposed, the design thought is established, the implementary effect is analyzed, and the experience and deficiency of test run are summarized. This system is the first case in Shannxi financial circles, it gets good managemental benefit, implements IT system's concentrating management of Shannxi construction bank and automatic control, improves the work efficiency, and reduces the risk. Accordingly, this dissertation has a higher reference value.
