Accidents of safety in production always happen in coalmine, it is more serious of coalmine firedamp in recent years. With an eye to the safety in production of coal mine, the model of local-fan control system which is based on DSP controller is presented in this dissertation, it is aiming at solving the difficult problem of production accidents caused by gas concentration in working face, flow entrance and air return gateway exceeding standard and a wrong humanly switching on.In this dissertation, TMS320LF2407A DSP controller is used as the controller of intelligent node and CAN bus as the main line of monitoring and control network in device level, which is used to realize the control of the local-fan system. At the meantime, the theory of rough set is used as processing algorithm to reduce the control rules of this local-fan control system, which simplifies the programming greatly.Firstly, the hardware of TMS320LF2407A intelligent control node is designed in this dissertation, which includes the whole body design, power design, circuit of TMS320LF2407A core system design, the drive circuit of control design and the design of interlock. The circuit of TMS320LF2407A core system is the main part of the hardware design, it includes power transfer circuit, SRAM expander circuit, JTAG interface, CAN drive circuit and others. Secondly, the software of the system is designed. After the reduction of the control rules, the minimized decision set which is based on rough set theory of the control rules is designed mainly. According to these decision rules, the software of the system is designed. The software design of the system includes the whole body design, important initial program, startup program design, fault dectection and handling program and CAN communication design. Thirdly, the reliability of the system is designed, which includes the interference of the hardware, the interference of the software and the design of the system's intrinsic safety. At last, this equipment of fault detection and switching of local-fan is tested.After being tested in the lab and used in the locale, it manifests that the system runs...
