Logistics, as the basic industry and artery of national economic, drives the economic development, and its level symbolizes the modernization and comprehensive strength of one country.With the formation of modern management concepts, as well as the introduction of modern high technology, logistics gradually develops the traditional product circulation to the modern concept, and logistics information platform has become the major trend of it, with the help of Internet and information technology. Common logistics information platform can conform logistics information resource, realize collection, process, organization, storage, transportation, integration and share of logistics information and accomplish cooperation of logistics subsystems, and supply user main with information service and assistant decision, in order to strength the cooperation of logistics corporation and form and optimize supply chain.Based on traffic projects of Jilin province"Study on key theory and technology of common logistics information platform of Jilin",this paper analyzed the mutual relation and influence among the elements of Jilin logistics system grounded on system dynamics theory, in view of the modern logistics system development and the existing problems,and it also made an analysis that why building logistics common information platform of Jilin Province is necessary, then the logistics information platform system framework of Jilin was constructed, and the functional modules structure and its information flow were completed;after that it focused on two key technologies during the function development and implementation of Jilin logistics information platform: Path optimization during distribution and choices of enterprise alliance partners, at the same time on the sharing of logistics information platform and the communication and security technologies of the platform were discussed. And the work this thesis completed was as follows:Chapter 1: Introduction. The chapter described the background and the significance of this paper, and then it analyzed the status quo at home and abroad from the three aspects of the study, and presented the technology line.Chapter2: Analysis on the logistics system status quo of Jilin Province.This chapter expounded the logistics system status quo of Jilin Province ,and based on the System Dynamics it analyzed the interrelation of the logistics system elements of Jilin Province, so the information needs of Jilin common logistics platform was clear.Chapter 3: Analysis on common logistics information platform needs of Jilin Province. Based on the study of Jilin logistics system,this chapter analyzed the connotation of logistics information ,and put forword the character and function of common logistics platform,after that it expounded the inevitability of Jilin common logistics information platform construction,at the same time the main user body and the main service body as well as the information needs of them were defined.Chapter 4: Analysis and design on common logistics information platform of Jilin Province. Based on system dynamics analysis, this chapter proposed platform model and the platform function architecture as well as logical framework. First it put forward the platform functional model: Based on the analysis of common logistics platform information needs, the common functions of the platform were proposed, also the functional modules and its information flow were built; secondly, it proposed the system design of platform: according to the system design principles, the platform framework, as well as the logical framework were put forward , and finally a brief analysis was done on the common logistics information platform software and hardware design.Chapter 5: Research on Vehicle Monitoring and Scheduling Module Development and Vehicle Routing Optimization Issues. This chapter focused on the development of main function modules of common logistics information platform-vehicle monitoring and scheduling module, first, the basic framework and work flow of the module were brought forward; secondly, it researched on the key technologies of this module - vehicle routing optimization problem , respectively immune monoclonal algorithm and ant colony algorithm were used to solve questions such as the basic path optimization, customer demand path optimization problems, in conjunction with standard test cases the validation of the algorithm was testified.Chapter 6: Research on selection of transport business partners based on assistant decision-making module. This chapter made a detail study on business partners'selection, based on ANP, DEA and 0-1, which are the three-stage model of integer programming. First of all, the selection principles of transport business partners was given, in this general principle, it elected spare enterprises during each transport link, with the help of ANP ,this chapter made a qualitative and comprehensive evaluation on every enterprise, and the evaluation value was regarded as the input of DEA , after that it calculated the relative efficiency of every enterprise, and chose the relatively inefficient enterprises to exclude ,finally it made use of 0-1 integer programming to optimize the remaining combination, and chose a best combination to make the overall time and cost smallest deviation from the optimum value.Chapter 7: Research on communication network and security technology of common logistics information platform. This chapter focused on two key technologies, platform communication network and network security technology. First it researched on the communication network technology, and made an analysis of the wired and wireless communications applications; and then it put forward choice principles of communication; secondly, it studied on network security technology, including the anti-virus technology, firewall technology, data encryption technology, identity verification technology, as well as virtual private network technology.Chapter 8: Summary and Outlook of the full text. This chapter summed up the full research content, and proposed the work that needed to improve in the future.The main innovative achievements of this thesis were as follows:(1) Focus on the combination between theory and practice. Combined with the actual development of modern logistics system in Jilin Province, this thesis used the system dynamics analysis method to analyze the relationship among the constituent elements of the logistics system, so it improved the pertinence and practicability of the platform information analysis.(2) Consider the practicability and advanced characteristic of the algorithm. Aimed at function realization of the vehicle monitoring and scheduling module and special customers'needs, the thesis used monoclonal immune algorithm and ant colony algorithm to solve basic path optimization and customer demand path optimization; in conjunction with standard test cases the validation of the algorithm was testified.(3) Detailed study on selection of transport enterprise partners .In order to make the overall time and cost smallest deviation from the optimum value, the thesis built a three-stage selection based on the ANP, DEA and 0-1 integer programming algorithm, therefore it overcome the subjectivity of traditional single-stage evaluation method .This paper focused on the system design and key technologies study of logistics information system of Jilin Province, in accordance with the status quo of its logistics development. It can provide theoretical guidance and technical support not only for the construction of Jilin common logistics information platform, but also for other cities'platform construction.
