This dissertation put forward a preliminary plan that an online uninterruptible power system has active-filter function with DSP control. The system has active-filter and UPS functions. When the power supply is in working order, the converter can charge the battery, and work as an active power filter at the same time. When the power supply is cut off, the system can automatically transfer to the UPS state operation immediately, and provide power to the important load continually. The reactive power compensation and harmonics compensation are realized on the condition of no adding the hardware.The paper firstly analyzes and comprehends the current UPS, and establishes the circuit topology based on them. Subsequently, the paper systematically analyzes existing UPS control methods and strategies. In view of the purpose of the subject, UPS inverter control algorithm has been put forward. This paper also described the hardware structure of the TM320LF2407 digital signal processor (DSP) based on this improved UPS inverter control that we designed. Meanwhile, the controller software programming has been presented.The detecting and controlling method of UPS are simulated by MATLAB6.5, and some experiment are worked. The results are presented to the reasonableness and feasibility of the design.
