With the continuous development of Radio-communication operation ,the requirement of wireless spectrum increases rapidly in every field.So, In order to improve the rate of the effective use of wireless spectrum resources in our country, the management of wireless spectrum resources is critical. The source of this paper's thesis is based on the design of the shortwave monitoring database system .This paper describes the design schema of national shortwave network monitoring database system, based on the whole principle of the shortwave monitoring system. The schema in this paper fill up the blankness in shortwave monitoring field. Until now.In order to meet with the requirement of the rapid storage and query speed and improve the ability of real-time dealing with monitoring data ,a shcema of shortwave monitoring database is designed using odac and multi-thread technology. The partition table technology is used to reduce the effect of the performance of the dadabase because of the rapid increasing of data quantity when long time task of shortwave monitoring. the shortwave monitoring database merges smoothly with the national spectrum management database as a subsystem of national spectrum management database. Moreover ,this concept of station information is defined as the interface to the other database.Meantime,the paper brings forward the function of Data rewinding, according to the character that the scene of shortwave monitoring cann,t be repeated.As an assistant method of traditional statistic and analysis method , it can overcome the...
