In the modern packaging cutting, printing and spray adhesive industry, theproductions line basically realizes automation. However, automatic production lineof the control system in the winding make it not keep straight lines often due to avariety of elements leading to winding material. If not timely correcting, it willinfluence the product specifications or quality, even can damage control equipmentto cause unnecessary economic losses.At present, there is a little research like the soft and elastic material researchin domestic. This paper mainly revolves around sponge rewinding transverse offsetcontrol to research. In theory, analyzes the reasons of wandering and finds out thesolution, then it verify results through the experiment. This paper mainly researchesaround the following:(1) Analyzing the composition and control requirements of the sponge cloth beltroll system in detail, and designs a control system based on CCD image positiondetector. Has made a concrete analysis to the running deviation problem and solution.At the same time, frame size and function module the whole system are designed,and including: position detection, data processing, execution module which finishsponge rewinding running deviation control in real time detection and wandering.(2) Establish dynamic system model of translational action, and analyze thesystem state equations which have obtained combined with the existing performanceindicators.Due to the sponge rewinding periodic motion, this paper puts forward thecorrective control method based on iterative learning control, and then analysis intheory through matlab simulation and give the analysis in theory. The results showthat sponge cloth belt deviation follow error will decrease to zero gradually with theincrease of the number of iterations, convergence correction effect is better by theiterative learning control.(3) Build rectifying control platform for experiments. Sponge cloth belt underthe standard width of75centimeters, thickness of0.6millimeter, the elastic modulusof0.917Mpa, tension15N is treated as the controlled object, running speed ofsponge cloth cloth belt is1.5meters per second, the two guide roller distance is0.6 meter, and iterative learning control algorithm is adopted to improve the correctioneffect test. According to the data obtained from the control system and the iterativecontrol method can satisfy the requirement of the expected indicators.(4) Finally, simulation results are compared with the experimental data, andanalysis the reasons of deviation. Also analysis the advantages and the shortcomingsin terms of stable performance, precision and robustness. In the allowed conditions,It is urgently optimize the rectification algorithm to find more suitable algorithm forthis topic of correction.
