Reference service play an important role in library information service, which always been a core service content, help users in the effective use of information. Early reference dominant form of librarian for face-to-face exchanges with readers, and later by telephone, E-mail, fax and other means to expand the space and scope of the reference to a certain extent achieved reference distance service. With the rapid development of computer and network technology, library has entered a new digital era, in this form of development, this has been a reference library capacity core professional services began to radiate new vitality.
