Research On The Collaborative Digital Reference Services Of University Library In Kunming Region

Big data era,the promotion of policies "Internet Plus",and the huge impact of the information technology,knowledge economy,libraries have to upgrade to re-evaluate their knowledge dissemination value and social overall value.Based on this,this paper only discusses the digital reference services of the library.Now many libraries have been unable to rely solely on their own strength to meet the growing needs of the user information,and this contradiction is becoming more and more prominent.Whether it is the service object or service model are subject to great challenges.There are two main reasons,on the one hand is the needs of user information ever-changing in content,on the other hand is the user information demand in anytime and anywhere.Facing this tendency,a single library to provide 7×24h digital reference services need to invest a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,etc.In order to meet the needs of user as much as possible,reduce operating cost,reduce duplication of construction,and expand the social benefit,library collaborateive digital reference services adapt to changing times,is becoming one of the main trend of library development.At present,there has been a few library digital reference service modes,and get a degree of popularization and application,effectively relieve the contradictions above mentioned.At the same time,it also provide a reference for the construction of regional collaborateive digital reference services for other provinces in China,This paper use A Case Study,Internet Survey,Questionnaire Survey,The Function Analysis and other research methods,through in-depth analysis of the"Ask A Librarian","Question Point","Virtual Reference Desk","Collaborative Online Reference Services","CALIS Virtual Reference System","The National Library Reference Union Network" and other typical collaborative digital reference services' advantages and shortcomings,combined the development of kunming university library,analyzed digital reference services'problems and deficiencies in kunming's university library,cleared the direction of future development,discussed about the necessity and feasibility of digital reference services the construction of university library in kunming university.Finally from two aspects of technology and management architecture based on Kunming region's KU-CDRS,in order to realize the co-construction and sharing of local university library information resources,to improve the level of the university library service,the intelligence level and the competitiveness of the same industry,to promote its long-term,healthy and rapid development,and thus continue to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the users.
