Along with the formation of the national highway network, to fully display the fast, safely, highly effective characteristic of the highway, focusing on the charge systems which have been completed in various provinces and cities, in the different scales and in the different sizes, a consociation charge in superhighway system between provinces becomes a problem that need to be resolved urgently. With the enlarging of the speedway network and diversifying of investor, the dividing project of the shortest path method that used to be adopted have already shown its' shortages. It is needed to quest for a new model, arithmetic, and project of income dividing that is suitable for the annular structure speedway network.The primary task of this paper is to study on the related model of the superhighway information management. The tree structure is the simple state of superhighway network, and it is also the basis to analyze the structure of superhighway network and the basis model of superhighway network charges. The path marking model in probability way and the path marking model in accurate way can be applied for the annular structure speedway network. The path-marking model in probability way includes the shortest path model and the network equilibrium charges model. In accordance with the prop tree diagram theory, adding the marking stations, the path-marking model in accurate way changes he annular structure speedway network into the tree structure. The Floyd-Warshll algorithm is used for the shortest path model, and the charge algorithm and dynamic dividing algorithm that base on the shortest path is compiled. Following this, the real research has been conducted to the Shandong Province highway networking charge.The project of charge system should consider the investment cost of each owner, the network balance and the benefits of road users, making the transportation effectiveness of the superhighway network attain the best appearance. At the same time, in order to achieve the perfect harmony and unify among the management system of charge information and the transportation regulation of high-speed network and the regulation of economic development, it is demand that the dividing method should be accurate, reasonable, safety and efficiently.
